Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for home and office goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return.
Are Steel Mill & Co. products BPA-free?
Yes, all of our drinkware and kitchen accessories are made with high-quality, BPA-free materials to ensure safety and durability for daily use.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to include more international destinations soon.
